Job Summary
Mission Engineer responsible for end-to-end lifecycle ownership of strategic Axon deployments within agency environments, leading operational transformation through technology, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities. You will serve as the primary owner of customer outcomes, coordinate multi-product program delivery (hardware, software, digital evidence, AI solutions), troubleshoot onsite, drive adoption and workflow optimization, and engage executive stakeholders through QBRs/EBRs. You’ll capture field insights to influence product roadmaps, develop reusable playbooks, and partner with Sales to expand customer value. This role maintains an approximate 4-days-per-week onsite presence with hybrid work arrangements in St. Paul, MN, and requires experience across technical and operational domains, a proactive, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to operate in CJIS-sensitive environments. Base pay range: $100,500—$160,800 USD.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, operational transformation, or complex deployment environments
- comfort across hardware, software, networking, cloud services, AI-enabled technologies, or integrated systems
- strong communication skills with technical and senior stakeholders
- experience supporting cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
- ability to obtain CJIS compliance and adhere to security standards
