Job Summary
Review, define, and clarify operational requirements for CI risk management within foreign intelligence planning. Analyze situational conditions to identify appropriate technologies and systems, then support concepts of operations and new capability development. Provide tradecraft recommendations during operations planning, assess all-source reporting for counterintelligence guidance, and perform technical security risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities. Validate requirements against Sponsor standards, recommend compliance improvements, and support the deployment of operational technology systems. Write operational correspondence and contribute to contingency procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with relevant polygraph
- Minimum of 12 years of experience with a BS/BA
- Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA
- Minimum of 7 years with PhD
- an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Customer-specific experience
- Prior experience with the customer's official messaging system
- Ability to support mission activities either early in the morning or late in the evening as mission needs require
- Willing to support OCONUS TDYs from time-to-time

- Prefer prior AOR experience
