Job Summary

Collaborate with field engineers to safely prepare for and perform commissioning activities, complete documentation, and log results. Act as the Veolia Safety Representative, coordinate daily field activities and resources, and lead client meetings for scheduling, progress discussions, and issue resolution. Set project assignments and schedules for engineers, draft proposals for change orders, and track team hours for future adjustments. Develop methods and procedures for electrical, mechanical, controls, and fire life safety systems while managing departmental budgets and KPIs. Supervise direct reports, provide employee reviews, and mentor staff growth. This role requires a BS/MS in Engineering or 5+ years of mission critical commissioning experience, with PMP certification preferred. Based in North America, the position offers a salary of $135,000 to $150,000 annually with comprehensive benefits including 401(k) and tuition reimbursement.
