Job Summary
Mission Critical Sales Manager performs as an individual contributor responsible for driving revenue growth within a defined geographic territory in the data center, containment, and mission critical markets. The role builds a robust project pipeline, engages with engineers, architects, owners, and data center providers, and works to secure specifications and project wins using technical product knowledge and strong customer engagement. Responsibilities include outlining territory development and revenue generation, maintaining a strong project pipeline, pursuing and closing project-based opportunities, supporting specification positioning, conducting technical sales presentations and product training, and maintaining CRM activity (Salesforce). The candidate should possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a proven track record in multi-channel construction sales. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce is expected, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred and 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in relevant markets.
