Job Summary
Field Service Techs will oversee the installation, startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of mission-critical power equipment (e.g., PDUs) in data centers. The role involves traveling to job sites, with overnight travel possible; relocation is available for qualified candidates. The ideal candidate has experience with electrical installations and repairs for sophisticated equipment, customer-focused communication (verbal and written), and attention to detail. A background in low to mid voltage electrical work and some formal education (trade school, military, or on-the-job) is preferred, and no formal certifications are required.
