Job Summary
Mission Critical Infrastructure Sales Specialist for the DACH region responsible for selling SAP/Oracle ERP and related data solutions to enterprise accounts. You will establish executive-level relationships, manage and close large, cross-division opportunities, maintain product knowledge of data solutions, and drive solution selling with a focus on ERP/RDBMS, SAP consulting partners, and hyperscalers. The role requires 5+ years in IT sales, fluency in German and English, and a track record of developing strategic account plans, forecasting revenue, and guiding multi-functional teams toward revenue growth within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will work onsite from HPE offices in the DACH region, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven outcomes for customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
- 5+ years in IT sales, preferably with SAP consulting partners or hyperscalers
- Experience selling ERP/RDBMS, especially SAP
- Strong German and English language skills
- Account planning and revenue forecasting skills
- Ability to design and execute high-level sales strategies and quota attainment
- Mentorship and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation competencies
