Job Summary
Mission Control Supervisor role overseeing a shift of Mission Control technicians in a 24/7 data center environment. Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day technician activities, monitoring system alerts, ensuring timely and accurate responses, serving as escalation point for complex issues, coordinating communications during incidents (including bridge calls and updates), enforcing established processes and documentation, tracking team performance (quality, response times, ticket handling), coaching and training team members, supporting scheduling and workload balancing, and maintaining accurate records for reporting and handoffs. Required strong leadership and communication under pressure, ownership of team outcomes, and the ability to work night, weekend, and rotating shifts. Experience in operations/NOC/data center, supervising shift-based teams, and familiarity with monitoring systems, incident response, and documentation are desired. The role supports in-office, hybrid, or fully remote arrangements with a campus location in Atlanta, GA. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations, data center, or NOC environments
- Prior experience leading or coordinating shift-based teams
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and rotating shifts as required
- Experience with monitoring systems, ticketing tools, and incident response
- Strong troubleshooting and issue triage skills
- Ability to document work clearly and maintain accurate records
- Familiarity with data center infrastructure and operational workflows preferred
