Job Summary
Partner with Defense and Security clients to structure ambiguous problems, shape strategic direction, and drive execution of complex change initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including research scientists and data engineers to design practical, mission-focused solutions and guide the development of innovative analytic tools. Engage directly with senior leadership to influence decision-making and translate strategy into actionable plans while leading high-tempo project delivery in dynamic federal environments. Requires an active and maintained TOP SECRET/SCI clearance and ten years of experience in DoD or IC federal operations.
Required Qualifications
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance
- once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance
- (COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum TEN (10) years of experience in operations or mission support of DoD or IC federal customers
- Experience collaborating with research analysts, data engineers, and/or intelligence analysts supporting analytic tools and technologies

- Executive‐ready communicator skilled in storylining, facilitation, and workshop design
- Adept at translating strategy into actionable execution across delivery, strategy, and growth workstreams
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with proven effectiveness in complex federal or mission‐driven environments
- Proactive, self‐directed, and immediately productive in fast‐moving, ambiguous settings
