Job Summary
Missile Systems Analyst, Expert to support government all-source intelligence analysis of foreign weapons of mass destruction programs, including proliferation and procurement of WMD-relevant materials, technologies, and knowledge. Responsibilities include analyzing foreign missile capabilities, vulnerabilities, and tech transfers; forecasting future technologies; collaborating with engineers, scientists, and modelers on nuclear weapons processes and dual-use tech; and performing supply chain vulnerability and procurement analysis for missile programs.
Required Qualifications
- Meets all qualifications and skills required of a Senior
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of labor-category activities
- Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies
- Ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments and adequate support for conclusions
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category
- Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category plus 5 years of additional experience (total 17 years)
- At least 12 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the labor category
- Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies
- Ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches for rigorous assessments
- Experience reviewing analytic products for cogent arguments and adherence to tradecraft standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
