Job Summary
Operate and monitor modern asphalt mixing plants, independently diagnose and repair malfunctions in machines and control systems. Perform maintenance, repair, and upkeep tasks, replacing wear parts and supporting technical repairs. Document operational data and ensure order, cleanliness, and strict adherence to all safety regulations. Work in a fixed-term position with a regulated schedule starting at 4:30 AM and ending by 1:00 PM, offering an hourly rate of 22–27 € plus vacation pay and construction tariff benefits. The employer values technical competence and provides internal training opportunities through a dedicated academy.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung (z. B. als Elektroniker, Mechaniker, Schlosser oder Schweißer) oder über vergleichbare Berufserfahrung im Betrieb bzw. in der Wartung von Maschinen und Anlagen
- mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2)
- sicheren Umgang mit MS Office
