MIS Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee MIS team to deliver data-driven insights on business performance, developing analytics methodologies, and advising management on actionable improvements. Lead the creation of reports and dashboards from scratch, analyze operational performance metrics, and present findings to stakeholders and clients. Drive strategy and targets, ensure project/department milestones and budgets are met, coach MIS Analysts, and maintain strong customer service orientation across departments. Responsibilities include deep-dive performance analyses, making recommendations to improve account performance, and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a regular employee of Ubiquity
- At least 6 months in their current role
- Average Scorecard Rating (3 months) should be at least 3.0 or Meets Expectations
- No active Disciplinary Action (DA)
- Must have solid experience in creating reports and dashboards from scratch
- Scheduling, Capacity Planning, and Forecasting working knowledge is a plus
- Excellent presentation skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Google sheets etc.)
