Job Summary
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports consolidating data from Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and HR departments. Develop operational, sales, financial, and performance dashboards using advanced Excel functions like Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and Power Query to automate reporting and reduce manual effort. Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and business insights, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across all structured databases. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, follow up on discrepancies, and provide data-backed insights for corrective actions. Manage KPI trackers and variance analysis while standardizing formats to improve processes and reduce turnaround times.

- Advanced MS Excel

- Strong knowledge of INDEX-MATCH
- Strong knowledge of SUMIFS/COUNTIFS
- Strong knowledge of IF/IFS
- Strong knowledge of Charts & Dashboards

- Experience working with multiple data sources
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Applications, Economics, Engineering or a related field
