Job Summary
Collect and aggregate large volume data from multiple stakeholders to generate realistic operational views. Prepare regular and ad hoc reports using advanced MS Excel functions including nested IFs, Pivot Tables, and V-Lookups. Create online webforms for data collection and produce periodic statements and presentation decks with charts. Manage file versions, perform cloud backups, and conduct advanced searches. Fluently communicate in Telugu and Hindi while reporting to the Programme Manager at the Women Safety Wing in Lakdi Ka Pul, Hyderabad.
Required Qualifications
- Any Graduate
- 3 years of experience in MIS function (and not Data Entry)
- Experience in collection and aggregation of large volume data from multiple stakeholders
- Experience in Report Preparation in Excel
- Experience in making PPTs using various Charts and Tables
- Proficient in MS Excel
- If and Nested IF conditions
- [AND] & [OR] conditions
- Pivot Table & Pivot Chart
- Text to Column
- Advanced Find and Replace
- H-Lookup & V Look Up
- Data Cleaning
- Creating online forms for data collection
- Understanding of various kinds of fields and their usages
- Live reports generation through Google Sheets
- Mail Merge Function
- Folder Management
- Version Management of important files
- Auto Back Up to cloud
- Advanced search and find of files
- Preparing periodic statements
- Fluent in Telugu
- Fluent in Hindi
- Less than 45 years as on date of application
- Occasional inter-city travel within the state
- Commute will be provided as and when the need arises
