Job Summary
Design, develop and maintain backend services using Python; build scalable, secure and reliable APIs and application components; collaborate with engineers from client and delivery teams in an agile environment; participate in solution design, technical discussions and architecture decisions; improve application performance, stability and code quality; support testing, troubleshooting and production issue resolution; contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and delivery processes.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Python backend development
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI and Flask for building and maintaining APIs and backend services
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
- Understanding of software engineering best practices, code quality and testing approaches
- Experience working with relational databases and integrating external services
- Familiarity with containerized environments and modern development workflows
