Job Summary
Remote full-time Mental Health Therapist in Washington state. Licensure required in WA (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) with willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed. Provide psychosocial support and education to individuals, couples, and families ages 13+. Deliver evidence-based therapies (e.g., motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, CBT) and develop treatment planning. Work autonomously within MinuteClinic with clinical team support; use electronic health record systems; participate in ongoing training and professional development. Master’s degree and WA license required; multi-state licensure may be needed based on business needs. Competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth. Required Qualifications
