Minor Safety Analyst

Job Summary
Minor Safety Analyst role supporting a global technology client, focusing on reviewing abuse and safety incident reports involving potential harm to minors, conducting OSINT and in-platform investigations to identify threat actors and assess risks, maintaining high-quality investigative workflows, and producing clear written summaries and reports for internal and client stakeholders. Role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to established procedures, and coverage of Tuesday–Saturday 9:00 am–5:00 pm local time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., International Relations, Criminology, Cybersecurity, or Communications) or equivalent practical experience
- 1-2 years of experience in trust & safety, behavioral abuse investigations, or related intelligence/research work
- Familiarity with open-source research (OSINT), social media investigations, or online risk analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and objectively
- Understanding of online behavioural threats, influence operations, or content-moderation principles preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases under tight timelines and maintain attention to detail
- Working knowledge of the intelligence or investigative lifecycle, including data validation and source evaluation
