Minor Official Lead

Casual hourly Minor Official Leads to manage designated projects within Athletics and Recreation. The focus is to provide leadership for SAIT Trojans athletic events, including spectator engagement, ticket/admissions, and game-day operations. Responsibilities span sport broadcasting and production logistics, digital engagements and content creation, Trojan broadcasts crew, front-of-house technical reporting and adaptation, setup/takedown of facilities, promotions and social media content, event participation coordination (ACAC/CCAA pre-participation), and various game-day roles such as scorekeeping, timekeeping, and assistive support across home games. Preferred experience includes knowledge of sport rules, officiating or scorekeeping, conflict resolution, and prior event or production roles. Strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work evenings and weekends are emphasized. Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent and willingness to travel within Calgary are required.
