Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting and selling merchandise to Minnesota Star Tribune readers and fair attendees. Represent the organization professionally, building positive relationships with customers while working independently and collaboratively to achieve sales and service goals. Stand and work in a sales booth for extended periods, up to 6 hours per day, and lift and transport newspaper bundles and merchandise weighing up to 40 pounds. Commit to a minimum of 10 days during the 12-day fair, including weekend availability, with shifts ranging from 8:45 a.m. to 9:15 p.m. Complete required training and orientation on August 20.
