Job Summary
Retail Signage Removal & Paint Technician handles removing retail signage, repairing surfaces, patching and painting, and documenting work for store refresh/decommissioning projects. Must work independently in an active retail setting, remove signage and fixtures, patch and paint walls, take before/after photos, operate ladders/scissor lifts when needed, follow safety and project deadlines, and maintain a professional client-site presence. Prior experience in painting, drywall repair, merchandising, fixture installation/removal, signage installation/removal, or light construction is preferred; basic hand and power tools use is required; scissor lift experience is preferred; reliable transportation and a smartphone are required; ability to work with minimal supervision in early-morning project-based shifts in retail environments.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with painting, drywall repair, maintenance, merchandising, fixture installation/removal, signage installation/removal, or light construction preferred
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Scissor lift experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and smartphone required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
