Job Summary
Directs maintenance operations for a Lifespark Senior Living community (Minnehaha Senior Living) — leads repair, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, grounds, vehicles) and equipment; ensures timely work orders, safety protocols for chemicals, and training to expand competencies; responsible for department budget and adherence; on-site leadership for a 77-unit senior living community, with Full-Time Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend rotation; wage range $27-$31/hour.
