Job Summary
Oversees nursing care and services, directing daily clinical operations and coordinating with nursing staff to ensure quality resident care that meets regulatory and company standards. Responsible for rounds to monitor care, charting and documentation, staff orientation and training, development of staffing plans and nursing schedules, and collaboration with the Executive Director and Director of Health Services to engage families, prospects, and care providers. Evaluates residents’ needs to maintain appropriate levels of care and supports a Lifespark Senior Living Community offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse
- two years’ management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care (preferred)
- restorative or geriatric nursing experience (preferred)
