Job Summary
Charlotte Ministry Leader at International Friendships, Inc. (IFI) will establish a presence on campus by building relationships with university staff, church partners, and volunteers. Responsibilities include leading the location's ministry efforts, mobilizing others to host Bible discussion groups, and organizing cultural events; ensuring IFI is recognized as a student organization; maintaining strong campus relationships; and securing the necessary financial and prayer support. The role requires flexible, full- or part-time hours with occasional evenings and weekends, and training is provided to develop a team of ministry partners. Proficiency with technology (Microsoft Office and Google apps) and strong organizational skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Adherence to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies
- Faithful in evangelism and hospitality to international students as well as discipling believers to do the same
- Well organized, takes initiative, able to work independently or collaboratively
- Flexible and adaptable
- Proficient with technology necessary to the ministry, including Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Bachelor degree
- Experience mobilizing, training, and ministering to people
- Experience in cross-cultural ministry, preferred
