Job Summary
Coordinate cultural activities and trips for international students at the University of Oklahoma, providing transportation, airport pickups, and local hospitality. Establish new church relationships, activate church coordinators, and maintain data on partnerships while organizing volunteer recruitment, matching, and event support. Facilitate 1-on-1 discipleship and Bible discussion groups to extend ministry outreach. Work a flexible full- or part-time schedule with occasional evening and weekend availability, supported by a staff retreat and wellness team. Required Qualifications
- Adherence to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies
- Faithful in evangelism and hospitality to international students as well as discipling believers to do the same
- Well organized, takes initiative, able to work independently or collaboratively
- Flexible and adaptable
- Proficient with technology necessary to the ministry, including Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in education and/or ministry-related field or demonstrated experience mobilizing, training, and ministering to people
Desired Qualifications
- Cross-cultural ministry experience, preferred
