Job Summary
Lead worship and media ministries for a church, supervising weekly worship gatherings, worship team leadership (vocalists/instrumentalists), and all media-related ministries (production, website, radio, publications). Oversee budgeting for Worship Music and Worship Media, collaborate with Children’s and Student Ministries to develop worshipers, supervise staff, and provide spiritual and technical leadership. Requires 3-5 years of experience leading worship and willingness to pursue continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience leading worship
- Will be responsible for planning and leading weekly worship gatherings
- Provide spiritual and technical leadership for worship and media ministries
- Supervise worship team, media production, website and radio ministries
- Oversee budget preparation for Worship Music and Worship Media
