Job Summary
Campus Minister for the Catholic Student Center at Washington University (CSC) in St. Louis leads student faith formation, outreach, evangelization, and leadership development. Responsibilities include one-on-one pastoral care, organizing and participating in campus events, Mass participation, retreats, formation programs, mentorship of Kent Intern-In-Service participants, advising student leaders, developing discipleship content, and coordinating outreach and small group initiatives. Requires collaboration with the CSC staff, strong communication and organizational skills, and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Qualifications emphasize a Bachelor's degree (theology/religious studies preferred), at least two years of campus ministry experience, and practicing Roman Catholic status. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (strongly preferred in theology, religious studies, or related field)
- Minimum of two years of ministry experience with a college/university campus ministry or young adult ministry
