Job Summary
Mining Shop Supervisor responsible for leading technicians, ensuring safety and quality, coordinating shop service requirements, scheduling work orders, training and coaching team, managing WIP and shop finances, and driving continuous improvement across multiple Eastern Canada locations. You will model safe work behaviours, deliver excellent customer service, review quotes and invoices, and support capital expenditures and asset management while coordinating with other departments to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum post-secondary education
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
