Job Summary
Outside Mining Product Support Representative responsible for developing and executing a Strategic Sales Plan, building customer relationships, conducting outside sales calls to mine sites across a defined territory, upselling/cross-selling, coordinating with manufacturers and internal teams to determine order status and delivery times, providing expert product knowledge and solutions, addressing inquiries, and meeting monthly/annual sales targets. Requires a college diploma or Red Seal certification, 2-3 years sales/marketing experience, knowledge of heavy equipment and Mining industry, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- College diploma, or related Red Seal Certification in a related field such as Parts & Warehousing or HD Mechanic
- 2-3 years related experience in sales, marketing, or equivalent business experience
- valid driver’s license
