Job Summary
Operate heavy mobile equipment including loaders, excavators, dozers, graders, scrapers, and haul trucks to safely maintain production and rehabilitation operations at the Willowdale Bauxite Mine. Manage daily tasks within either a 2/2/5 production roster or a continuous 12-hour day roster for rehabilitation, ensuring high-quality mining outcomes while adhering to a strict safety-first culture. Apply problem-solving skills and initiative in a semi-autonomous team environment, utilizing a WA manual driver's licence to support crew objectives. This role offers family-friendly rosters with the ability to be home every night, competitive remuneration including 14% superannuation, and ongoing training opportunities for candidates with a strong work ethic.
Required Qualifications

- Operating experience with CAT 993 Loader
- Operating experience with Komatsu PC3400 & PC2000 Large Excavator
- Operating experience with CAT D10 & D11 Dozer
- Operating experience with Komatsu 375 & 475
- Operating experience with CAT 16 & 18 Grader
- Operating experience with CAT 637 Scraper and Dump Trucks
- Operating experience with Haul truck 785 + (789, 730E & 1500's)

- Stockpiling experience
- Working within a similar mining environment
