Mining Digital Product Owner

Mining Digital Product Owner responsible for delivery-aligned leadership of the team’s work in the Terrain for Grading and Loading domain. Own and maintain the team backlog with clear features and user stories (acceptance criteria, dependencies, constraints), drive backlog hygiene, and coordinate refinement for upcoming sprints. Lead sprint planning discussions, provide ongoing clarifications to unblock delivery, and serve as the primary day-to-day interface for stakeholders to ensure alignment with needs and inter-team dependencies. Manage priority conflicts, validate that work meets the Definition of Done, and capture validation evidence (tests, demos, notes, acceptance outcomes) to prevent carryover. Maintain delivery visibility and strong working relationships with the delivery team, product and program leadership, and stakeholders to enable predictable outcomes and successful releases.
