Job Summary
Mining & Crane Sales Representative based in Suzhou, China, responsible for driving sales, forecasting, planning, and payment collection; develop product knowledge to participate in technical discussions; maintain and expand the customer base including OEMs and SMEs; identify new business opportunities, particularly in crane and mining OEMs; monitor market information and trends, organize and report findings; complete safety trainings and participate in emergency drills; identify and rectify safety hazards; assist in accident investigations and risk assessments; perform other manager-assigned tasks; requires frequent business travel and a strong emphasis on KPI achievement and customer relationship management.
Required Qualifications
- Full-time
- Bachelor in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
- Master or above preferred
- 7+ years related sales experience
- proven sales performance
- strong learning ability
- proactive attitude
- ability to travel frequently
- English proficiency (reading/writing)
- spoken English a plus
- MS Office and CRM skills a plus
