Job Summary
Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon needed at Hackensack Meridian Health HUMC to join a leading academic medical center. Responsibilities include performing gynecologic surgeries such as ovarian cystectomies, myomectomies, hysterectomies, and endometriosis excision; using advanced imaging to diagnose and treat complex cases; providing intraoperative consultation; and referring for medical management of chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, and large fibroids. Opportunities include mentorship, research, career development, working with da Vinci Surgical Systems, and eligibility for a faculty appointment at Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine. The role offers proximity to NYC and the Jersey Shore and contributes to a collaborative network of women’s health physicians.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO degree from a recognized Medical or Osteopathic School
- Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery highly preferred
- Certification in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology is a significant asset
- Must have or be eligible for a New Jersey Medical License
- Excellent clinical and communication skills with a commitment to outstanding patient care
