Job Summary
Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon sought at Hackensack University Medical Center to perform gynecologic surgeries (ovarian cystectomies, myomectomies, hysterectomies, endometriosis excision) using advanced imaging and provide intraoperative consultation. Role includes referral for medical management of chronic pelvic pain and endometriosis, collaboration within a network of women’s health physicians, opportunities for mentorship and research, and work with da Vinci Surgical Systems. Eligibility for a faculty appointment with Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine; close proximity to NYC and the Jersey Shore. Base salary minimum of $289,108 with comprehensive benefits; base compensation and total rewards package discussed during interview.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO degree from a recognized Medical or Osteopathic School
- Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery is highly preferred
- Certification in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology is a significant asset
- Must have or be eligible for a New Jersey Medical License
- Excellent clinical and communication skills with a commitment to outstanding patient care
