Job Summary
Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon sought to join Hackensack Meridian Health’s Hackensack University Medical Center. Responsibilities include gynecologic surgeries (ovarian cystectomies, myomectomies, hysterectomies) and endometriosis excision, using advanced imaging to diagnose and treat complex cases, providing intraoperative consultation, and referring for medical management of chronic pelvic pain. The role offers mentorship and research opportunities, use of the da Vinci Surgical System, and potential eligibility for a faculty appointment with the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine. Applicant must hold MD/DO, be board-certified or eligible in OB/GYN, and have or be eligible for a New Jersey medical license; fellowship in MIGS is highly preferred and ABOG MIGS certification is a plus. Competitive base salary (minimum posted: $289,108) with comprehensive benefits; located near NYC/Jersey Shore.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO degree from a recognized Medical or Osteopathic School
- Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery highly preferred
- Certification in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology is a significant asset
- New Jersey Medical License or eligibility
