Job Summary
Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon sought for Hackensack University Medical Center to perform gynecologic surgeries including ovarian cystectomies, myomectomies, hysterectomies, and endometriosis excision; utilize advanced imaging to diagnose and treat complex cases; provide intraoperative consultation; and refer for medical management of chronic pelvic pain. The role offers mentorship and research opportunities, collaboration with experienced women’s health physicians, and potential faculty appointment in the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine. Experience with the da Vinci Surgical System and NJ medical license eligibility are valued; proximity to NYC and the Jersey Shore is highlighted. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO degree from a recognized Medical or Osteopathic School
- Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery is highly preferred
- Certification in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology is a significant asset
- Must have or be eligible for a New Jersey Medical License
- Excellent clinical and communication skills with a commitment to outstanding patient care
