Job Summary
Board-certified or board-eligible Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon sought to join Hackensack Meridian Health/HACKENSACK University Medical Center. Responsibilities include performing gynecologic surgeries (ovarian cystectomies, myomectomies, hysterectomies, endometriosis excision), utilizing advanced imaging to diagnose and treat complex cases, providing intraoperative consultation, and referring for medical management of chronic pelvic pain and endometriosis with large fibroids. Opportunities include mentorship, research and career development, working with da Vinci Surgical Systems, potential faculty appointment at Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine, and proximity to NYC/Jersey Shore.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO degree from a recognized Medical or Osteopathic School
- Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery highly preferred
- Certification in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology is a significant asset
- Must have or be eligible for a New Jersey Medical License
- Excellent clinical and communication skills with a commitment to outstanding patient care
