Job Summary
Conduct preparatory creditor accounting for multiple Tenaki-Group companies, including entry, verification, and posting of incoming invoices in DATEV Unternehmen Online. Maintain creditor master data, prepare payment runs, and resolve clarification cases with suppliers. Deliver clean preparatory accounting to the external tax office, focusing exclusively on ongoing creditor work while the fiscal year-end, VAT returns, and payroll remain with the tax firm. Work approximately 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling in a central Cologne office within a stable holding structure.
Required Qualifications
- Praxiserfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung (mind. 2 Jahre)
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r, Buchhalter:in, Industriekaufleute oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Desired Qualifications
- Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV, idealerweise DATEV Unternehmen Online
- Erfahrung mit der Buchhaltung mehrerer Gesellschaften oder einer Holdingstruktur
