Minigrip - PROCESS CONTROL ENGINEER I

Design and manage records of process improvements while optimizing current product production through targeted process enhancements. Manage and improve manufacturing costs by focusing on yield, formulation, uptime, and product quality across blown film extrusion, in-line printing, bag forming, and product packaging operations. Direct completion of active manufacturing and process-related projects, ensuring adherence to time and capital budget constraints. Interact with sales, marketing, and maintenance teams to develop product designs, specifications, and feasibility studies. Develop/write capital requests for equipment and materials, verify project performance via reports, and investigate causes of scrap to support current manufacturing. Actively participate in the Safety Committee, provide resource information for accident investigations, and ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, and CTPAT standards.
