Job Summary
Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and accurately document service requests while providing a positive first impression. Educate clients on maintenance plans and suggest additional services to increase sales and meet goals. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion and maintain organized customer records. Resolve inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction. Work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to utilize sales techniques to meet or exceed sales goals

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
