Job Summary
Mini Bar Attendant ensures mini bar requests are obtained from the Detail Arrivals Report, stocks mini bars to SOP/product list par levels, and charges all sales to guests’ accounts immediately. Maintains accurate stock records, reports to the IRD Supervisor at start of shift, and manages opening stock counts for trolleys. Responsibilities include collecting keys for trolleys, maintaining stock across mini bars, logging stock on stock sheets, and continuous adherence to fire and safety procedures. The role requires attentiveness to guest inquiries, participation in training, and willingness to perform other duties as assigned to support hotel operations. Focus on precise inventory and guest charges, with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and teamwork in a high-touch hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- Must be positive, energetic, self-motivated and presentable
- Must be accurate in numeracy skills such as addition and subtraction
