Mini Bar Attendant

Job Summary
Stock in-room honor bars, minibar accessories, and promotional materials to maintain par levels and brand standards. Monitor product availability, expiration dates, and rotation to ensure food and beverage safety compliance. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of all minibars using handheld devices, POS systems, and inventory software to record sales and track inventory accurately. Prepare and stock minibar carts daily, transporting them to assigned floors and guest rooms while inspecting, cleaning, and servicing units. Respond promptly to guest minibar requests and communicate issues, concerns, or maintenance needs to Housekeeping leadership. Complete daily worksheets, refill reports, and inventory logs accurately and on time. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety, security, and standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully with guests, leaders, and team members
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records
- Flexible schedule — must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods, including entire shifts
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, reach overhead, and work below the knees as required
- Comfortable working in hot/cold environments (e.g., kitchen, walk-ins)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience
- Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage products
- Experience with POS systems, handheld devices, and inventory management software
- Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving skills
