Mineworker Operator (Excavator and Multi-skilled)

Provide safe and efficient operation of heavy earthmoving equipment, including excavators, dozers, graders, loaders, water trucks, and haul trucks, to meet mine production targets. Perform the full range of mining tasks in a dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement while adhering to strict risk management and safe work practices. Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders and work autonomously as part of a team. This permanent full-time position involves a 7/7 day-night rotating roster at Collinsville Open Cut, where Glencore is transitioning from a dragline strip to a truck and shovel terrace operation.
