Job Summary
MinePlan Specialist responsibilities include providing masterful troubleshooting and timely, accurate solutions for MinePlan software worldwide; delivering client trainings and project assistance; collaborating with the technical support team; owning customer issues from intake to resolution/escalation; participating in after-hours on-call support; contributing to process improvements; creating FAQs and self-service content; updating training manuals; communicating customer insights to sales and Product Development; assisting with software testing, documentation, and adherence to reporting standards; presenting technical papers and demos; and traveling up to 30% to client sites. Strong knowledge of engineering/geology fundamentals, excellent Windows/Office skills, customer-relations ability, and professional communication are required; travel and a valid driver’s license and passport are needed.
Required Qualifications
