Mine Services Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead and coordinate mine services activities at Hail Creek Open Cut, including final landform construction and rehabilitation, water infrastructure and management (dams, drains, sediment controls, dewatering), screening and crushing operations, and mine haul roads. Supervise and instruct teams and contractors to achieve safety, production, and quality targets; collaborate with Mining Supervisors, Examiners, Technical Services, Environmental teams, and maintenance. Drive continuous improvement in mine services activities, equipment utilization, and work practices while maintaining a safe, productive, and achievement-focused work environment; foster strong cross-department relationships to deliver operational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience within mining, mine services, rehabilitation, or related operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams
- Experience managing contractors and coordinating multiple work fronts
- Sound knowledge of mine services activities, including rehabilitation, water management, road maintenance, crushing, and screening operations
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- A demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and environmental stewardship
- The ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining a focus on achieving operational outcomes
