Job Summary
Centre Manager responsible for leading Mindplace Cardiff centre operations, ensuring performance optimization and adherence to clinical governance; drive operational efficiency through resource scheduling, maintain high customer service standards, manage local marketing and business development, foster relationships with corporate clients, analyse customer feedback and implement remedial actions, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (eg CQC, HCPS, BABCP, CQQ), and lead a large team with strong stakeholder communication in a regulated healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- Healthcare management experience
- Strong operational experience
- Experience of onsite corporate healthcare
- Leading large teams and people management
- Experience in regulated environment
- Mental health and healthcare and/or wellbeing industry knowledge
- Good track record of driving business performance
