Job Summary
Millwright sought to support the Red Lake Madsen Mine operations on a 14-on/14-off rotating schedule (day/night shifts). Responsibilities include following safety guidelines, reading blueprints/process specifications, conducting preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across the Mill and Crushing circuit, performing component rebuilds and fabrication as needed, maintaining lubrication and contamination control, contributing to safety and efficiency improvements, participating in maintenance shutdowns, and supporting Reliability initiatives. Must be a Certified Journeyperson-Millwright (Red Seal), possess a valid G license, complete Mill Common Core training, and have at least three years of ore-processing maintenance experience. Strong safety orientation, teamwork, communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified Journeyperson-Millwright, Red Seal certification
- Valid G or equivalent Driver's License
- Mill Common Core training
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in an ore processing environment (crushing, grinding, gravity concentration, dewatering, leach/CIP, stripping, conveying and refining)
- Ability to lift, carry and push 100 lbs.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Self-directed, safety-focused, positive team contributor
