Job Summary
As a Millwright, you will play a critical role in a company-wide continuous improvement effort, focusing on troubleshooting and preventative maintenance strategies. You will be responsible for repairing and maintaining industrial equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of Millwright work experience in Industrial/Manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check
- Willingness to travel and complete the West Fraser Qualified Millwright training program
- Ability to pass a Millwright Assessment Test
Desired Qualifications
- Cutting torch experience (Oxygen/Acetylene)
- Welding experience (GMAW and SMAW)
- Basic understanding in line ups of pumps, sheaves, sprockets, machine centers
