Millwright/ Welder Foreman

Job Summary
Lead millwrights, welders, and fabricators crews on travel work by following project manager instructions, maintaining safety standards, and moving, securing, installing, and repairing plant equipment, chutes, and crushers. Perform welding and fabrication, read schematics and blueprints for repairs, and apply oils and greases per specification. Direct on-site cleaning, prepare job sites, and assist crew members as needed. This full-time travel role requires weekly travel to various locations and the ability to work any shifts, including weekends and holidays. You must possess industrial steel experience, project management skills, and a valid driver's license with a clean MVR. JENNMAR Services employs individuals in the coal, oil, gas, construction, and manufacturing industries.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to routinely climb stairs, ladders and/or platforms, bend and squat
- Ability to walk, stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to consistently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Able to work any shifts, including overtime, weekends and holidays required
- Ability to pass background and drug & alcohol testing required
- Ability to read blueprints
- Must have Industrial, Steel, Iron works experience
- Must have project management/ supervisory experience
- Must have a clean MVR and ability to maintain a valid drivers license
- Must be able to travel each week to various locations
Desired Qualifications
- MSHA Surface and Underground certifications a plus
