Millwright/ Welder Foreman

Job Summary
Direct on-site supervision of Millwrights, welders, and fabricators crews for travel work across various locations. Maintain and enforce all safety standards while moving, securing, installing, building, loading, and unloading materials and equipment. Perform welding and fabrication for plant repairs, read schematics for equipment fixes, and apply oils and greases per specification. Assist crew members as needed and direct job site cleaning. Requires ability to climb, lift up to 50 pounds, and work any shifts including weekends and holidays. Valid driver's license with clean MVR and supervisory experience in industrial or steel works are mandatory. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to routinely climb stairs, ladders and/or platforms, bend and squat
- Ability to walk, stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to consistently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Able to work any shifts, including overtime, weekends and holidays required
- Ability to pass background and drug & alcohol testing required
- Ability to read blueprints
- Must have Industrial, Steel, Iron works experience
- Must have project management/ supervisory experience
- Must have a clean MVR and ability to maintain a valid drivers license
- Must be able to travel each week to various locations
Desired Qualifications
- MSHA Surface and Underground certifications a plus
