Job Summary
Manage day-to-day job site operations safely and efficiently while supervising a small millwright crew installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial mechanical systems like conveyors and grain elevators. Direct maintenance tasks during agricultural facility shutdowns, interpret complex blueprints for field installations, and perform precise mechanical assembly and Stick welding. Coordinate with Project Managers, enforce OSHA compliance, and lead dedicated crews across Central Iowa. Requires minimum one year of foreman experience and five years of hands-on millwright expertise. Full-time role with immediate PTO accrual and overtime available.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Millwright Foreman independently managing a small field crew
- At least 5 years of hands-on Millwright experience specifically featuring agricultural shutdown / turnaround work
- Proficiency in industrial Stick welding
- Must be comfortable traveling daily to various job sites across Central Iowa
