Millwright - Plant

Millwright - Plant responsible for installing, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting mechanical production process equipment across the plant. Conduct planned and unplanned maintenance on conveyors, crushers, pumps, screens, and chutes to ensure operational efficiency. Diagnose mechanical problems using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs; respond to mechanical issues during plant operations to minimize downtime. Ensure all maintenance complies with safety procedures and regulatory requirements; participate in safety meetings and training; maintain detailed logs of maintenance work and update technical documentation (schematics, manuals) to reflect changes. Coordinate with other maintenance staff and plant operations to improve efficiency. 12-hour day/night shifts on a 7x7 rotation. Requirements include Red Seal Certification (Millwright), Grade 12, valid driver’s license, and 4-5 years of related industrial maintenance experience in mining/heavy industrial environments. The role is on-site at the Tumbler Ridge area in British Columbia, Canada, with company-provided transportation options to local mines.
